With our Intelligent Algorithm Builder (IAB), we automate the creation of predictive models for sales forecasting, price elasticity and business scenario simulations.

We are looking for a Growth Lead to join our team. This role is central to driving customer acquisition, building scalable growth strategies and shaping Tilect’s Go-To-Market approach. You’ll work at the intersection of sales, business development and marketing, creating and testing new growth initiatives that bring our AI solutions to market. From opening doors with prospective clients to designing outreach campaigns and refining our value proposition, you will play a direct role in how Tilect reaches companies and grows its customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to introduce Tilect’s products to new markets and industries.

  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiating and closing deals.

  • Design and test outbound campaigns and growth experiments (cold outreach, events, partnerships, digital channels) to identify the most effective acquisition levers.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic prospects and partnerships.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering to refine the value proposition, ensuring clear communication of Tilect’s benefits to customers.

  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product positioning, pricing models, and go-to-market strategy.

  • Represent Tilect externally at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to drive visibility and credibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or growth roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI/tech environments.

  • Strong ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals in early-stage or high-growth contexts.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor Tilect’s value proposition to different audiences.

  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze metrics, measure campaign performance, and iterate quickly.

What Will Put You Ahead:

  • Previous experience in early-stage startups or scale-ups, where building processes from scratch was required.

  • Experience with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalents).

  • Understanding of AI, data, or analytics products, with the ability to bridge technical and business conversations.

  • Network within enterprise sales, pricing, or e-commerce domains.

  • Track record of successfully designing and running growth experiments that converted into scalable acquisition channels.

  • Fluency in additional languages beyond English and Portuguese (e.g., Spanish, French, German) is a strong plus, especially for international outreach.
