AI Engineer

Tilect is building next-generation AI solutions that brings advanced forecasting and optimization algorithms to companies at a fraction of the cost. With our Intelligent Algorithm Builder (IAB), we automate the creation of predictive models for sales forecasting, price elasticity and business scenario simulations.

We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our R&D team. This role is central to designing, testing and deploying machine learning combined with generative AI models that power our forecasting and optimization platform. You’ll work at the intersection of research and application, building algorithms that directly impact how companies make pricing and sales decisions.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop predictive models for sales forecasting, price elasticity, and business strategy simulations.

• Improve and integrate Generative AI techniques for automated algorithm creation tailored to client data and goals.

• Enhance model performance and accuracy through validation methodologies and continuous self-learning approaches.

• Contribute to the multi-agent architecture of Tilect’s Intelligent Algorithm Builder, focusing on efficiency and adaptability.

• Work directly with business users (e.g., pricing and sales teams) to embed expert feedback into AI models, ensuring practical value.

• Support the differentiation and innovation of Tilect’s AI technology in the enterprise market.

Qualifications

• Bachelors, or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of technical experience in AI/ML, ideally with exposure to R&D projects.

• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms.

What Will Put You Ahead:

• Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

• Background in data engineering for AI (pre-processing, feature engineering, etc.).

• Proven ability to evaluate and validate predictive models.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompting techniques (few-shot, fine-tuning, etc.).
